We’re not just an ordinary martial arts school!  We’re a full time educational facility with a full time staff dedicated to bringing you the very best martial arts instruction in the Metro-East area.   We blend a progressive, contemporary and relevant martial arts curriculum together with the time-honored standards and values of traditional martial arts to bring students a truly unique training experience.

From the very beginning our school has always been about the students!  Based on the philosophy that martial arts can be beneficial to all and the goal of training is for each student to achieve their individual potential we’ve structured our programs and curriculum around the needs and interests of the students, not the instructors.  The school offers classes for students of all ages and abilities and our flexible schedule allows martial arts to easily fit into even the busiest of schedules.  From our Pre-School and Youth & Adult Beginner Programs, up to our Elite Xtreme Martial Arts, Competition and Leadership Teams, we have programs available to meet the needs of almost everyone.
